FM-04Check recent deploys for removed static success pages, changed rewrites or changed form field definitions.
FM-05Decide whether to roll back the site deploy or to restore the static success pages and their rewrites as a forward fix.
FM-06Treat discarded submissions as lost unless a side record such as a notification email holds their content.
FM-07Tell site owners which forms and dates lost data, because visitors saw a success page and will not resubmit on their own.
